Yes, we encourage sample evaluation. We can provide 1-2 free plain samples from our stock (buyer covers the express freight). If you need custom samples with your printed logo or special packaging, it takes about 7-10 days and incurs a small sampling fee, which is fully refundable once you confirm the mass production order.

We use reinforced 5-ply export cartons and custom egg-crate dividers to ensure the breakage rate is kept well below the industry standard. In the rare event of damage exceeding the acceptable threshold (usually 2%), please provide photos and a list of the broken items upon receiving the container. We will gladly credit the value to your next order or provide free replacements.

Our standard payment term is a 30% T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% balance paid against the copy of the B/L (Bill of Lading). For larger volume orders or long-term partners, we also accept irrevocable L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight.

Absolutely. If you have a unique product blueprint, our R&D team can develop a new machine mold for you. There is an initial mold fee, but this fee is 100% refundable once your accumulated order volume for that specific item reaches our target quantity (typically 50,000 pieces).
